The project entailed a full internal and external refurbishment of 26,244 sqft of Industrial and office Space. Following a full strip out, Internally we completely refurbished the WC’s and office areas, including a full upgrade of M&E services. The warehouse floor received a new epoxy floor coating and a full internal redecoration. Externally the rooflights to the warehouse were replaced and the roof received a new specialist coating. The external cladding was replaced and new glazing and roller shutter doors were installed. The external parking areas were extended and replaced and the grounds were landscaped.
