The refurbishment works consisted of a full internal strip out inclusive of the existing mezzanine floors. The roofs/external skin of the cladding were renewed and the windows and doors upgraded. New motorised sectional doors were installed. The mechanical and electrical services were renewed, re-plastering works undertaken, replacement of carpet, installation of new suspended ceilings, complete redecoration together with the installation of new W/C facilities.
