The refurbishment works comprised of the sub division of 1 large unit in to 4 smaller units. The works consisted of a full internal strip out inclusive of a large mezzanine floor. The existing cladding was replaced with new composite panels, the existing windows and doors were replaced. The mechanical and electrical services were renewed and new main services were installed to allow the units to be subdivided. New welfare Facilities were constructed within each unit, re-plastering works undertaken, replacement of carpet, installation of new suspended ceilings and complete redecoration. The warehouse floor was coated with a high performance epoxy resin system.
