The scheme comprised of both internal and etrenal reconfiguration/refurbishment of the existing reception. The communal areas/WC facilites from the lower ground to eight floor were renewed both of which provided prospective tenants with new comtempory modern new facilities. Mechanical and electrical replacement works also formed part of this scheme.
