The contract involved the conversion of existing office space into 12 luxury residential flats. Following considerable structural conversion, the floors where partitioned, sound proofed and fireproofed into 12 new spaces. The lift was replaced and new windows and briar soliel was installed. New gas, electric and water services were managed and installed to each new flat. the flats were fitted out with timber flooring, porcelain tile and quartz worktops. All communal Areas where upgraded to include new flooring and handrail to the staircase. The roof was stripped and relaid and insulated to current building control standards.
